Cheryl Dyer, Ph.D., Professor,
Department of Biology, Northern Arizona University
Dr. Dyer has served as the Secretary of the Company and as a Director since July 2004. Dr. Dyer earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of California at San Diego in 1974, and a Ph.D. in Physiology and Pharmacology from University of California at San Diego in 1986. Dr. Dyer’s Ph.D. training and research focused on rodent reproduction and physiology. Cheryl received her postdoctoral training at The Scripps Research Institute in La Jolla, CA, from 1986 to 1991. As an Assistant Professor in the Department of Immunology, she established her independently funded research program in lipid metabolism. Cheryl is currently a Research Professor in Northern Arizona University’s Department of Biological Sciences and has been since 1995.
